The AI agent is the part worth explaining
Most “AI support” in business software is a chat box that reads a help centre and paraphrases it. This one operates inside the platform. It handles incoming complaints and then takes actions on the loads themselves — it changes state in the system rather than describing what a human should go and change.
That distinction is the whole engineering problem. An agent that answers needs a good prompt. An agent that acts needs a permission model, an audit trail, and a clear boundary around what it is allowed to do without a human in the loop.
Where it is heading
The client has discussed an expansion phase aimed at competing with Super Dispatch. Scope for that is not agreed, so nothing here describes it as built.
